The Toronto Blue Jays began play as an expansion team in 1977. They've faced the Cubs three times in interleague play in 2003, 2005 and 2008. The most memorable game may have been a 2005 game on June 8th[1] at Wrigley Field where youngster Sergio Mitre pitched seven innings of shutout ball to defeat Roy Halladay 2-0.
