Cubs on USA Today Top 100

USA Today has published Sports Weekly's list of 100 names since 1997 of new players that could make a wave in the upcoming season. The criteria is that the that a player must have had more innings (for pitchers) or at-bats (for hitters) in the minor leagues in 2009 than he has had during all of his major league time.
