 Florida State League (Hi-A)
The Daytona Cubs played in the North division, a 6 team division. They defeated the Dunedin Blue Jays (Toronto Blue Jays affiliate) in the first round of the playoffs, 2-1 including a 4-run, 8th inning rally in Game 3 to overcome a 3-run deficit. The swept the St. Lucie Mets (New York Mets affiliate) in the best of 5 finals to win the 2011 championship.
 Midwest League (A)
The Chiefs played out of the Western division, an 8 team division. Their season highlight was a no-hitter by Austin Kirk on July 4, 2011. Richard Jones was named the team MVP and Eric Jokisch the team pitcher of the year.

The AZL Cubs played in the AZL East division finishing 3rd and finished 3 games back in the wild card standings, also in 3rd place.
